Toloka AI is launching a new branch - Experts - who are able to solve complex tasks and generate data in narrow fields such as software developing, education, chemistry, and more.

We need an experienced Data Analyst who will help us to maintain and develop the branch to deliver better quality with a higher speed.

*** Please note, we are open to cooperating initially on a remote working basis but, we will require relocation to our Belgrade Serbia office at the soonest possible time***

Responsibilities

• The assessment and improvement of the Expert’s quality
• Ensuring sufficient supply (amount of work by experts)
• The support and development of reporting

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL
• Knowledge of Probability Theory and mathematical statistics
• The ability to work with Tableau or other visualization tools
• The ability to describe processes using metrics
• At least 3 years’ experience as a data analyst
