About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our dynamic Data Science Consulting team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI solutions, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI technologies. Your expertise will help clients modernize their operations by leveraging intelligent automation and cutting-edge AI models. The position offers a unique blend of hands-on development and strategic consulting, providing opportunities to work closely with senior technical leaders and client stakeholders. Your contributions will directly impact the success of innovative AI initiatives, translating emerging technological advancements into practical, scalable business solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in AI, software development, or data-driven solutions, including hands-on work with Generative AI or NLP applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or similar platforms, along with experience in DevOps practices for AI deployment.
• Proficiency in Python programming and experience in developing or integrating AI-based systems.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI system patterns including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval-based reasoning, agentic frameworks, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with model monitoring, retraining pipelines, and observability frameworks to ensure AI solutions are reliable and explainable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of Generative AI Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that address specific client challenges and business needs.
• Build and rigorously test backend AI components that integrate data, logic, and models into cohesive workflows.
• Contribute to the development of architecture and implementation plans, ensuring seamless connection between models, data sources, and business processes.
• Participate in scenario-based testing, model validation, and quality assurance activities to deliver reliable and explainable AI outcomes.
• Collaborate within agile teams to plan sprints, prioritize backlogs, and demonstrate solutions to clients.
• Work closely with senior AI development leads to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Document technical solutions, capture lessons learned, and develop reusable assets for future AI initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, bringing innovative ideas and best practices to project delivery.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand workflows, data sources, and decision-making processes, providing expert advice on AI readiness and automation opportunities.
• Support post-MVP activities, including solution enhancements and preparation for production deployment.
