We re looking for a talented and passionate HRBP, to join CAF s People Team.
As an HRBP, you will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with business leaders, offering HR advice when needed. Staying updated on employment laws and regulations and providing guidance to ensure compliance.
What you ll do
- Collaborate with business leaders to gain insight into strategic direction and operational needs, ensuring alignment with HR strategies;
- You will support the development and execution of all HR initiatives and projects, including talent and compensation reviews, performance management, organization design, and workforce planning.
- Facilitate the identification and implementation of solutions to foster high-performing teams within the organization;
- Leverage leadership capabilities and influence leaders with data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, performance, retention, and employee experience;
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as People Operations, TA, Finance, Legal and Compliance to drive HR initiatives and programs.
- Provide coaching to employees and leaders on development and career planning, including the creation of individual development plans and SWOT analysis;
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy, producing and sharing reports with relevant internal stakeholders.
What you ll need
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a Business Partner or HR generalist, demonstrating a understanding of HR practices and processes;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization in English and Portuguese;
- Experienced to work in a fast-paced environment; self-driven and highly motivated to excel
- Business presentation skills including PowerPoint or Google Slides;
- Experience with Leadership Development Programs is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools, enabling efficient data management and reporting processes is a differential
