Customer Security Manager/Consultant (EU) French/English Speaker


Role Purpose:

The Internal Security Manager is responsible for safeguarding the organization's information systems and assets by developing and implementing security policies and procedures. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, monitoring security trends, collaborating with departments, and promoting a security-conscious culture. The goal is to maintain a strong security posture and mitigate threats while fostering a collaborative and proactive approach to information security.


As a Global Managed Security Service Provider, Getronics is increasingly required to demonstrate security capability and compliance to gain the trust and confidence of our clients. The Getronics Security team is part of our effort to respond to this need, to give our clients the assurance that their services are secure and to be a trusted advisor on all matters relating to security.


You will:

Be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems and assets in cooperation with the internal IT department. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.


Responsibility and Accountability

Review, assess & recommended action for internal operational delivery services to ensure they are following security best practice & company policies, building security into day to day thinking and practices across delivery.

  • cooperation with the Compliance team, conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures.
  • the investigation and resolution of security incidents, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • with other internal departments to develop and implement security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • current on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving the organization's security posture.
  • and deliver security awareness training for employees to promote a security-conscious culture within the organization.


Skills/Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Security, IT administration, SecDevOps, or related field.
  • Experience with cloud security technologies and services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, techniques, and technologies, including network security, access control, and encryption.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with security tools and platforms, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
  • Excellent English and French C1 level is a must
