We are looking for a visionary Head of Product who embodies the spirit of an innovative builder and a proactive leader who thrives on developing new products from the ground up. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in the enterprise SaaS landscape, excelling in driving Product-Led Growth and managing the full product lifecycle.


Functions

As the Head of Product, you will:

  • Lead with a Founder’s Mentality: Dive deep into product challenges, innovate relentlessly, and drive our product-led growth strategy.
  • Take Ownership: Be accountable and autonomously drive your product vision, turning ideas into reality.
  • Embrace Learning: Continuously seek new knowledge and insights to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Team Work: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create products that our customers love and rely on.
  • Oversee and drive the entire product process, from structuring it to securing deliverables, ensuring a robust pipeline of development.
  • Provide detailed reports and product insights.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS solutions, focused on enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience in B2B CRM solutions is a plus.
  • Expertise in handling the full spectrum of the product cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a capacity for detailed reporting and product data analysis.
  • Effective leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring a team.
