Email Marketing Operations Specialist in PHILIPPINES

GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email Marketing Operations Specialistto join our team. The role will set up and execute email campaigns, update automations for A/B testing, and optimize per client directives. You will also assist with campaign reporting, leveraging Excel for data analysis, and use Asana and Slack for project management and internal communications.

The Schedule:

• 9 AM - 5 PM EST/CST

The Role:

• Set up and execute email drip campaigns/workflows
• Update creative & copy within existing automations to power A/B tests
• Launch email & push campaigns for partner marketing teams
• Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards
• Work with team to turn off campaigns or optimize per client's directives
• QA, update flows and triggers as per client directives

The Requirements:

• 3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platform (ESP) is a must-have
• Experience with end-to-end email marketing is a must-have
• 1+ years experience with Asana or similar project mgt. tool is a must-have
• Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Experience with Slack for internal comms

The Compensation:

• ₱70,000 to ₱85,000/month
