Lead Software Engineer in UNITED KINGDOM

Experience

• 3+ years in web development, particularly in a leading or architectural role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading development teams.
• Strong knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem, including transaction flows, fee structures, account abstraction models, and basics of Layer-2/Rollup solutions.

Technical Skills

• Extensive experience with Node.JS and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with containerized, cloud-based architectures (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Compose, ECS).
• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Go, Rust, and Python is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a globally distributed team.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
