About the Role:

As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with program developers and focus on designing and building efficient backend computing and middle-tier infrastructure. You must be able to full stack develop as well as manage other developers. Through experimentation and comprehensive data analysis, you'll quantify the influence of your work on engagement, customer productivity, and well-being. Your contributions to our engineering systems, encompassing developer tools, monitoring mechanisms, and manageability resources, will elevate your team's agility and our capacity to provide a top-tier cloud service. Your comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic landscape is essential. Experience with Azure or similar cloud services is advantageous. A fervor for rapid iteration, data-driven practices, customer-centric learning, and optimal design solutions is crucial.

Location:

While remote work is feasible, this position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma., and relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science.

-Related technical discipline, and 0-2 years of technical engineering experience involving coding in languages such as C, C++, C# (knowledge of C# is required), Winforms, AWS, or Python, or equivalent experience. .NET experience required.

- 0 to 2 years of experience working with data analytics, data pipelines, and cloud computing services like AWS.

- 0 to 2 years of experience in data-driven development of user-facing web interfaces, integrating data analytics or behavioral science to enhance engagement and retention.
