Job Description
You will play a pivotal role architecting and building backend services, automating workflows, and scaling data infrastructure. You'll move fast, operate in ambiguity, and shape the direction of the product from the early days. This role blends software engineering with infrastructure expertise, you'll own core systems that power products and development workflows.
What You'll Do
- Set up inference/serving infrastructure and API serving at scale for clients with millions of requests
- Build scalable systems that ingest, process, and retrieve data from the web, files, and other sources
- Build systems capable of running AI agents, synthetically generating data, and evaluating data
- Develop supporting services and tooling that improve scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with the founding team and creative experts to scope and implement AI-driven features
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure, systems design, and automation
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD systems and tooling
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered and embedding-based systems
- Familiarity with web scraping, data extraction, and large-scale processing operations
- Strong experience with Python
Equity: 0.25 - 1.5%
Visa sponsorship available: Transfers and simpler visas. Could potentially do a full sponsorship for someone that we are very very interested in.
