Nmbrs is on the lookout for a Medior .NET Fullstack Developer to join our team at our Amsterdam office. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing and maintaining our exceptional software, as well as be at the forefront of the development of innovative features.

In this role you can expect to work with:

  • Building new features by collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop innovative features that align with the evolving needs of our users and engaging in the entire development lifecycle;
  • Maintaining the code base by ensuring the stability, reliability, and scalability of our codebase through proactive maintenance practices. As well as conducting regular code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices;
  • Fixing bugs and security issues by swiftly identifying and addressing bugs and security vulnerabilities, working closely with the team to implement effective solutions;
  • Working mainly on HR solutions - you will specialize in crafting solutions tailored to the HR/Payroll domain, addressing the unique challenges and requirements of human resources management;
  • Improving the product one feature at a time by systematically introducing new features, ensuring each addition contributes to the overall improvement of the user experience;
  • Collaboration! You can join a chapter of your choice, dedicating efforts to becoming a subject matter expert and contributing significantly to the advancement of that specific area within the organization. You will also work closely with a diverse, multidisciplinary team that includes designers and a Scrum Master. We foster a collaborative environment by actively participating in team discussions, sharing insights, and contributing to collective problem-solving.


What will make you successful in this role?

  • You have good knowledge and consider yourself a medior or senior in .NET with Visual Studio (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Webforms);
  • You have knowledge of client-side development (e.g.: JavaScript, Angular, Web components);
  • You have knowledge of SQL Server/T-SQL;
  • You have experience with unit testing frameworks;
  • You have hands-on experience with continuous delivery & continuous integration and have seen/worked (nice-to-have) with continuous deployment;
  • You are collaborative and have a team player spirit: it’s important that you like to help your colleagues and are able to give and receive feedback.

  • Nmbrs offers the opportunity to go on an exchange to our offices in Lisbon or Stockholm for up to 4 months.


What can you expect of this hiring process?

The 4 steps in the hiring process of this role are:

  • A cultural interview - A get-to-know each other video call with our two recruiters;
  • A technical challenge - A little challenge to test your technical skills in relation to this vacancy;
  • A technical interview - A video call with two potential future colleagues focused on the role and your experience;
  • A final interview - A video call with our Tech Lead to consolidate the previous steps and talk about Nmbrs strategy long term and if your expectations align.
