Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our client's growing SaaS company and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality products and features that revolutionize the healthcare industry. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success while shaping the future of healthcare technology.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, flexible between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST (minimum 15 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development and delivery of new products and features, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and software development teams.
• Create comprehensive program plans and schedules, defining project scope, prioritizing features, and establishing realistic timelines.
• Continuously monitor project progress, identify and assess risks, and manage dependencies, making proactive adjustments to plans as needed.
• Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
• Drive process improvements across the product development lifecycle, identifying and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.
• Clearly communicate program status, issues, risks, and achievements to stakeholders, including senior management, product teams, and external partners.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and at least 1 year in a leadership or management position.
• Strong background in Agile development.
• Experience with work management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and wiki platforms.
• Ability to handle tough conversations and conflicting personalities.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work experience in the development of US-based SaaS platforms.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements in the US healthcare industry.
• Experience with Kanban.

Language Requirement:

• C2 Level English proficiency.
