Senior AI Engineer

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to ship and operate production-grade AI agents that drive measurable operational impact.

About the Role:

You will build an agentic platform and production AI agents that automate processes across the business. This is an engineering role with real uptime expectations and not a PoC environment.

Key Impact Areas:

• Build and run LLM-powered AI agents in production with uptime targets, observability, and operational standards
• Automate multi-step workflows
• Improve autonomous resolution, SLA performance, and cycle times
• Engineer secure, permission-based access to data
• Implement agent safety controls (guardrails, approvals, audit logging)
• Deploy with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, SQL, and analytics

Who We’re Looking For:

A senior engineer who has shipped LLM-powered agent systems to production and can operate them as reliable services. You understand integrations, monitoring, evaluation, and enterprise controls and you can prove measurable outcomes (cost/time saved, SLA improvements, process reduction).
