As the Talent Acquisition Automation Specialist, you will be integral to our recruiting solutions and other systems. This role optimises recruiting configurations and applicant experiences to support our rapidly expanding team. You will work closely with Recruiting and TA Operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance recruitment processes.
You will be a crucial point of contact for our internal teams, helping to implement scalable systems within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support efficient recruitment workflows. This role demands a strong understanding of automation and system integration, aiming to improve the applicant and recruiter experience.
This full-time, remote, global role offers competitive compensation and will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand and address their system needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Design, build, and maintain scalable systems within the ATS, prioritizing automation and practical analysis
- Utilize the ATS to its fullest potential, working closely with providers to drive innovation and new functionality
- Drive system design and implementation for all talent acquisition strategies, including funnel optimization and candidate experience
- Establish and maintain robust talent acquisition metrics to measure and improve performance indicators, providing actionable insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of system administration experience with HR/Recruiting solutions such as JazzHR, Linkedin, job board and other assessment platforms etc
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes and customer needs
- Expertise in ATS systems, with proficiency in system configuration, customization, and administration
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex systems in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JazzHR or similar platforms, with a proven track record in implementing systems to support significant hiring targets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and analyze data to drive operational decision-making
