System and Network Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System and Network Engineer to join our technical team. This  position is responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure both for in-house operations and remote project delivery. Ideal candidates are hands-on, solution-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and network infrastructure

• Support day-to-day operations of internal systems (Linux/Windows environments)

• Deliver system and network solutions for customer projects remotely and on-site

• Perform system upgrades, backups, patching, and monitoring

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues

• Document configurations, processes, and maintain technical documentation

• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Solid experience with system administration (Linux/Windows)

• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)

• Hands-on experience with virtualization (KVM, VMware, or Proxmox)

• Familiar with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Bash, Ansible)

• Good problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage time and tasks across multiple ongoing projects

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA, CCNA, CompTIA Network+)

• Experience with cloud platforms or hybrid environments

Language

• Proficient in English (preferred)
