We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer (DevOps) to implement customer foundations for Google Compute Engine (GCE) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deep expertise in any cloud platform. Candidates with TPU and GPU experience will be given priority for instant interviews.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage customer foundations for GCE and GKE
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure on GCP
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud infrastructure
Requirements
Proficiency in English: We require candidates to have a professional level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international team members and clients
Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Deep expertise in any cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with TPUs (Tensor Processing Units) and GPUs (Graphics Processing Units)
Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of best practices in cloud security and compliance
