Position Overview: Seeking a talented Intermediate Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby, SQL, Docker, AWS, and REST APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Ruby and SQL.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end and mobile applications.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Ruby and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with mobile display in web applications is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Experience with mobile display in web applications is a plus.
