Student Analyst - Mobility Team

Earlier this year, building on the strong foundation of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) as a fund manager, we introduced an optimized CIP Platform, with three platform companies providing services to CIP. To learn more, please refer to the CIP Platform section below.  

In our optimized CIP Platform, CIP Fund Solutions – platform delivery company providing complex fund management and investment services – is currently looking for a Student Analyst to join our Mobility team in our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.  

 

Team 

Our tight-knit HR Legal & Mobility team is part of the broader People team, providing contractual and global mobility support across the platforms to our employees. The team ensures smooth HR legal processes, compliance, and employee experience for a diverse, international workforce. e. The main tasks of the team are:

• HR legal support: Draft and review employment agreements and advise on employment law matters while ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
• Global Mobility: Support employees relocating across regions, handling immigration, tax, and vendor coordination, while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and business units, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance in cross-border assignments.
  
  

 

The role 
As a Student Assistant (internally called Analyst), you will mainly be supporting our Mobility Specialist with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to:

• Assist with secondments, local plus arrangements, and short-term transfers in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with initiation of tax, immigration, and relocation vendor support, including tracking and following up
• Help maintain accurate records for visas, tax briefings, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor mobility compliance and employee reporting, including creating and updating mobility reports, trackers, and dashboards for ongoing cases.
• Support on communication materials for employees regarding mobility policies, processes, and general mobility questions.
• Assist with optimizing and streamlining internal mobility processes and workflows.
• Support on allowance calculations, benefit reporting, breakdown of vendor invoices, etc., and
• Work closely with People, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal and external providers to ensure smooth mobility operations.
  
  

 

You 
We are looking for 2nd year Bachelor’s or 1st year Master’s students within Business Administration, Human Resources, Strategy Organizational Leadership, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in international business, mobility (tax and immigration) and general HR.

 

We are looking for the following in a candidate:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows is beneficial.
• Fluent in written and oral English
• Solid knowledge of MS Office.
