Role Overview:

We are seeking a Operations Manager to be the right (or left?) hand to our COO. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across teams and projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing resources, analyzing data and performance metrics, developing and implementing strategies, and fostering effective communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a software focused company is required
• 3-6 years of experience in operational roles with at least 2 years of management experience
• Operations Management and Team Management skills
• Budgeting and Financial Management skills
• Human resources management experience
• Experience with designing and optimizing processes
• Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Fluent (C1) level English: Written and spoken.
