Platform Software Engineer - CI/CD / Containers / SOLID / Python / C/C++/ MLOps / Sensor Fusion / Computer Vision / Machine Learning / Mathematical Modeling / Image Sensors

We are searching for a Platform Software Engineer, ideally holding an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering and with industry experience with modern software development methodologies and principles, including CI/CD, Containers, and/or SOLID, etc to join our client in the Zurich area of Switzerland on a permanent basis.

Required skills:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
• Industry experience with modern software development methodologies and principles, such as CI/CD, containers, and/or SOLID
• Experience in multiple programming languages, including Python and C/C++

Any of the following would be a plus:

• Familiarity with MLOps and associated frameworks that include data handling, monitoring, visualization, and deployment
• Experience in an R&D or startup environment in a relevant area such as sensor fusion, computer vision, machine learning, circuits, system design, or mathematical modeling
• Basic knowledge of computer vision and/or image sensors
