Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an exceptional performance marketing manager who can take Swyft to the next level and new markets. The right candidate will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies which deliver regional goals. This role will report to our Growth Director. 


Key Responsibilities: 

·      Channel Management: Plan, execute, report, and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns to meet KPIs. 

·      Strategy Development: Develop and test new performance marketing strategies to drive growth and identify new channel opportunities. 

·      Optimization: Balance KPIs such as traffic, revenue and ROAS to optimize and scale campaigns with both a long and short term view.

·      Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team on design requirements and manage regular testing of new assets. 

·      A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance. 

·      Reporting: Generate concise reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. 

·      Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with the wider team, manage expectations, and prioritize tasks. 

·      Data Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and investigate competitor activity to inform strategy. 



Skills

·      At least 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, focusing on PPC and paid social strategies.

·      Proven success with multichannel online acquisition campaigns.

·      In depth knowledge of PPC and Social tools: Specifically Google ads and Meta Ads. Pinterest Ads and TikTok ads also advantageous.

·      Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel. Good understanding of analytical tools in ad platforms and with Google Analytics.

·      Evidence-led, data-focused individual used to using a test-and-learn approach to grow digital accounts and increase new customer acquisition efficiently and effectively.

·      Experience with international campaigns and localization, particularly in Europe. 

·      Experience briefing, testing, and iterating creatives for paid digital, with an understanding of creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, and display. 

·      Experience in handling substantial advertising budgets and optimizing spend to achieve strategic objectives.
