Job Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for clear data presentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
• Apply statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to support business decisions
• Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and ensure data quality
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance with data privacy standards
• Continuously learn new data tools, technologies, and methodologies
• Present insights and recommendations in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
• Support business growth by delivering timely and actionable insights
• Contribute to data strategy design aligned with organizational goals
• Assist in training team members on data tools, dashboards, and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• (Master’s degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
