The DMC Finance team sits within the Business Finance Organization (BFO), acting as the key interface between the Marketing business clusters and Finance. Together with the Marketing Business Leaders, the team co-pilots in delivering the business strategy, acting as a strategic thought partner for our dedicated owners across the business, focusing on group wide value creation and providing data-driven insights. As a member of DMC Finance you will support and participate in projects and tasks to help team success. For the agile marketing environment you will work under guidance to set up or adapt our processes to changing business needs.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
- You will monitor, analyse and compile reports for the DMC team supporting month end, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- You will support the DMC Finance team to develop transparent reporting layers for cost development.
- You will support the DMC Finance team with analysis and project tasks.
- You contribute to team success by identifying and improving our business and financial processes.
WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
- You have a University degree in Economics, Finance or Business and 3-5 years of experience in the field of Finance, Commercial Planning or Business development
- It is desirable that you have prior finance & accounting experience.
- You have a profound business understanding and consider the business impact in all your decisions
- Proficiency in reporting and numeracy analysis. Strong SAP MS-Excel and SAP skills are a must; SQL, VBA and other reporting tools are a plus.
- You are keen to drive automation which you demonstrate with profound technical knowledge (e.g. Excel). Experience in statistical modelling (e.g. regression models) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus.
- You are a proactive team player and are strong in verbal and written communication in English.
