Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, be able to write compelling copy, have a good eye for design, and be adept at managing email and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Copywriting:
- Write compelling and engaging copy for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, emails, social media, and advertisements.
- Develop content that aligns with the brand voice and drives engagement and conversion.
Graphic Design:
- Design eye-catching and effective visual content for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and content.
- Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
- Track and analyse email campaign performance and suggest improvements (using MailerLite and Mailchimp)
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company’s website.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and feedback.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns.
Requirements – The ideal candidate will demonstrate some or all of the following;
- Proven experience in a similar digital marketing role with the recruitment sector
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Canva.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailer lite, Mailchimp) and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of AI and automations
- Experience with video content creation and editing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Certification in Google Analytics and/or Google AdWords.
- Knowledge of recruitment CRMs (Ideally Bullhorn)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking / reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
