We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and SharePoint, coupled with a strong background in Scrum methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Conduct gap analysis and document business processes and workflows.
Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Implementation:
Lead and support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Utilize Azure services to develop and integrate business solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments.
SharePoint Management:
Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and ensure optimal performance.
Develop SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance business processes.
Scrum and Agile Practices:
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Requirements Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and SharePoint.
Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, preferably as a Scrum Master.
