QA Tester Associate in POLAND

Job Title: QA Tester Associate

Location: Complete Remote in Poland

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Work Shift: 1PM to 9pm CET

Job Description:

• Candidate must have 5+ years of experience as functional QA tester.
• Candidate must have strong SQL background to write and execute complex SQL queries on-demand.
• Candidate must have some prior experience working in the Financial/Banking industry.
• Desirable if candidate has prior Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) Sanctions Screening experience.
• Desirable is candidate has experience with Tableau.
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum/Kanban processes and ceremonies.
• Capable of analyzing requirements from stories/BRDs provided by Business Analyst/Product Owner.
• Develop and peer review functional test cases and test strategy.
• Proficient in using JIRA/XRAY and preparing production support release documents.
• Good Communication, Problem solving, Critical thinking and Resilient mindset.
• Ability to perform under pressure with stringent timelines.
• Fosters teamwork by coordinating seamlessly with geographically dispersed teams as well as inter-groups within project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with stakeholders and ensures client satisfaction.
• Proficient in resolving QA issues/impediments, exploring alternatives and having a resilient attitude.
• AWS or Databricks certification (good to have but not required)
