Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our UK team in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will come from a technical background within the security industry and possess a proven track record in business development and relationship management. The RSM will be responsible for actively selling and promoting our range of security products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional after-sales service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales:

-       Actively sell the Company’s range of security products within the designated area.

-       Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales turnover and margin targets.

  • Product Promotion:

-       Promote the usage of the Company’s products within the Southeast region.

-       Identify and engage potential customers through various promotional activities.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

-       Meet or exceed sales turnover and margin targets within the assigned territory.

-       Regularly monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

  • Internal Collaboration:

-       Work closely with the internal sales team to effectively manage the regional customer base and opportunities.

  • After-Sales Service:

-       Ensure complete and satisfactory after-sales service by conducting follow-up calls.

-       Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction whilst utilising the relevant internal team support.

  • Technical Support and Training:

-       Provide basic technical training, and advice on the Company’s product range.

-       Maintain a strong technical knowledge base to communicate accurate information to customers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development within the security industry.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of security products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
