We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Test Automation Engineers to support our product development and validation processes. In this role, you will contribute to the development of automated testing infrastructure and assist in verifying the performance and reliability of RF, SATCOM, and data link systems used in Türkiye’s and the world’s leading UAV platforms.
Job Description:
- Travel to customer locations to execute testing operations, whether on-site or overseas,
- Conduct hands-on tests for hardware, software and environmental conditions based on technical procedures and documentation,
- Develop and implement automation scripts for system-level and component-level test cases,
- Support setup and maintenance of automated test environments and test stations,
- Work closely with design engineers to evaluate system behavior and test coverage,
- Operate lab instruments such as RF spectrum analyzers, signal generators and debugging tools,
- Contribute to product characterization and validation efforts across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal),
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation,
- Understanding of wired, wireless, and RF communication fundamentals,
- Interest in test automation frameworks and system-level validation,
- Willingness to support testing activities at customer sites both domestically and internationally,
- Valid Driver’s License.
