Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Solutions Engineer to join our team. The role involves analyzing and evaluating customer requirements, and designing high-performance wireless network solutions.
Analyzing KPIs and investigating issues to improve network quality.
Assisting with VIP customer problem investigations and providing support for troubleshooting and network performance enhancement.
Coordinating planning and optimization tasks between internal teams and customers.
Leading trials and feature validation for new wireless technologies (including 4G new releases and 5G).
Providing pre-sales technical support and parameter optimization.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in Radio 5G/LTE optimization.
University degree in Telecommunications or equivalent.
Familiarity with wireless technology.
Ability to work in matrix organizations and adapt to changing work environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.
Strong self-management skills and the ability to quickly learn new technical knowledge.
Fluency in both English and Chinese.
Coding skills (Python) and knowledge in IT and AI are a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wireless network technologies and a strong ability to collaborate with both internal teams and customers to drive network performance improvements.
