Content creation - write clear, concise, and compelling copy for user interfaces, including menus, buttons, error messages, instructional text, content for landing pages, microcopy, notifications, and other digital product touchpoints
Develop and maintain UX Copy and terminology guidelines that align with our brand tone of voice and drive the implementation throughout the business, ensuring a consistent user experience.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and Product to create user-friendly, transparent experiences that our customers find easy to use.
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on copy.
Understand our products in detail and proactively seek to improve our customer experience.
Participate in A/B testing and other data analysis to optimise UX and to improve business KPIs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing and content design.
Who you are:
You have 2+ years of experience in UX writing for digital products, including web and mobile applications, or a similar role
You have strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
You have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
You are able to create clear, concise, and user-friendly copy.
You come with excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences.
You are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
