We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital culture, enjoys storytelling, and can turn ideas into engaging content that drives real impact.

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok)
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand voice and tone
• Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics to optimize content
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns
• Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and best practices

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time

• Experience with paid social campaigns
• Basic design or video editing skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
• Experience working with B2B or tech brands
