Role summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Sales professional to join our team and drive the growth of our cyber security revenues.
Role mission consists in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and advising them on our comprehensive range of cybersecurity solutions.
The ideal candidate for us has a solid understanding of the cyber security landscape, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries who may benefit from our cyber security solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to understand client needs, address concerns, and propose tailored cyber security solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, technical experts and product managers, to building winning solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on how to mitigate risks and enhance their security posture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using Salesforce and other tools.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Role requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years specifically in the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and solutions.
- Familiarity with common cyber security services such as intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity techniques and processes, such as Risk Management, Ethical Hacking, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, SOC and CSIRT services.
- Familiarity with Industry standard frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, a plus
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity regulatory landscape, such as DORA and NIS2 a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Certifications (Preferred but not required):
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
