Volunteer UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Founding UI/UX Designer who is tired of the corporate grind and wants to own a piece of the next big thing.
We need a design wizard to take our core concept and turn it into a world-class digital experience. You will have full creative autonomy to build the visual identity of a platform that will be pitched to top-tier investors.
Requirements:
- Figma Mastery: This is a must. We need high-fidelity prototypes and a scalable design system. 🎨
- Entrepreneurial Grit: You understand the "startup hustle" and are ready to build from 0 to 1.
- Strategic Thinking: You don’t just make things look pretty; you understand user psychology and investment flows.
As we are in the pre-seed/bootstrap phase, there is no initial salary. However, we are offering a significant "skin in the game" package:
