About the Role:
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

- Design and support product ranges for Menswear product ranges.
- Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.
- Research and recognise key trends, translating this into elevated, customer-relevant products.
- Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, merchandisers, technologists, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
- Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
- Must have strong experience of creating, using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
- Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
- Having strong team work and people skills is a must for this role.
- Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
- Must have Menswear fashion design background.
- Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
