E-commerce Channel Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage E-commerce, B2B, Holiday Rentals, Channel Manager, Booking Engine RMS, CRM, PMS systems of Chiic partner hotels nationwide.

- Maintain and build relationships with Market Directors, Host Ambassadors in the provinces.

- Research, parsing to assess the variable field, booking needs, competitors.

- Revenue manager tracks the factor effects on daily sales.

- Research and propose upgrading topics to suit the business situation of the hotel.

- Plan, build an E-commerce operation plan for each tool.

- Handling problems during e-commerce operations: discrepancies, overload, overbooking, relocation, revenue leaks, mapping, ...

- Upgrade monitoring system of E-commerce Hotels according to Chiic's standards.

- Completion of the business numbers is just in place.

- Supporting goods are hotels.

- Participate in workshops, seminars for the organization.

- Participate in hotel, job, and farm-trip surveys.

- Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance performance and reporting related KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Undergraduate student majoring in E-commerce, Sales & Marketing, Finance.

- At least 1 year experience at the same position.

- Proficient system use: OTA Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS Opera-Smile

Attention to details and careful manual English ,computer skills.

- Internet, web browser, Microsoft Excel – Word, PowerPoint
