IT Level I Support

  • Excellent oral and written English language skills are essential.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in providing technical service role.
  • MSP experience well regarded.
  • Strong troubleshoot and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Server, and Networking
  • Experience with Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 cloud technologies - Office 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint/OneDrive, MDM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
  • Experience in both Desktop and Server support.
  • PowerShell and Linux scripting
  • Proficiency in commercial call/ticket logging tools (e.g., Atera).
  • Create, Maintain, and update IT documentation (KBA)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with proven troubleshooting abilities
  • Present a professional appearance and attitude while providing our clients with an excellent customer service experience.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest developments in the field.

Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Manila Time work schedule

Must have reliable internet connection at home

Must be comfortable working homebased
