Our Experience Team takes care of our customers and employees through research and data. We understand their needs, and that of the business, then learn together through experimentation so that we can design better experiences for everyone.


What you will do:


  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX & UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Define and drive the User Experience vision and strategy in alignment with overall product and business goals.
  • Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final design. Drive user-centered design principles, leveraging user research and data analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure the UX/UI team delivers compelling, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering, aiming to delivery iterative improvements to our Product, balancing perfect design vs speed to market.
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices across the team and wider company.
  • Model our core values and behaviours, leading by example and upholding our GROW values.
  • Manage and maintain our Design System, ensuring best practices and consistency, whilst enabling teams to work efficiently.


Who you are:


  • You have at least 2 years’ within a regulated industry – ideally gaming.
  • You have proven experience in a senior design leadership role, preferably as a Head of UX/UI or equivalent.
  • You have a portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects and a clear understanding of user experience principles.
  • You have exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing and inspiring high-performing design teams.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills (English), with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
  • You've gained a deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and usability principles.
  • You come with proven experience implementing and maintaining design systems to a high standard.
  • You are confident user of design tools such as Figma, research and prototyping tools for conducting testing, and Adobe Creative Suite.
