Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Belgium, Sweden, and Poland to deliver high-quality products
Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices
Implement integrations with various databases and messaging systems
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Actively participate in agile processes (Safe/Scrum/ADO), contributing to planning, refinement, and retrospective meetings
Continuously improve your skills and stay updated with the latest industry trends

💻 Requirements:

Experience: Working experience in full-stack software development
Databases: Proficient in Oracle
Development Platforms: Experience with Java, Azure Cloud, and OpenShift
Frameworks: Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, and WebFlux
Messaging: Familiarity with MQ and Kafka
Front-End: Experience with Angular
Agile Processes: Understanding of Safe, Scrum, and ADO methodologies
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Polish is a significant advantage
Bonus: Experience in the manufacturing sector
