Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: 100% Remote – USA Projects
Employment Type: Full-Time / C2C Contract($70 – $110 per hour)
Experience Required: 4 – 10+ Years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend Java technologies as well as modern frontend frameworks. You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications for leading clients. This is a fully remote role that requires excellent communication skills, independent working capability, and strong ownership of deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance full-stack web applications using modern technologies
- Build robust backend applications using Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Develop interactive and responsive frontend interfaces using React / Angular / JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML / CSS
- Design and develop RESTful web services and integrations
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability
- Participate in the entire SDLC including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and product owners
- Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues, debug applications, and provide timely resolutions
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and maintain high code quality
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides when required
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java / Java 8+
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Hibernate / JPA
- Frontend expertise in Angular or React (Mandatory at least one)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML5 / CSS3
- Experience with SQL Databases / NoSQL Databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle
- Good understanding of Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP (any one required)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito
- Strong experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning
