An exciting and diverse position, HR Business Partner, US|EMEA, will support the business in all facets of HR, from recruiting to benefits to performance management cycle and everything in between.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR business partnership, advising leaders on key priorities within the organization
  • Operate as an objective and trusted advisor for the organization
  • Manage recruiting, offer creation, and employee onboarding for all US and Western Europe positions
  • Partner with our Eastern European HR lead
  • Lead and coordinate the performance management cycle including planning, monitoring, rating, and rewarding
  • Manage HR practices and procedures and partner with leaders on all aspects of leadership and employee/labor relations
  • Advise and consult business stakeholders/managers on performance management, quality conversations, team building, and personal development
  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Apply, monitor, and enforce employment laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Develop HR solutions and solve people related business challenges by collecting and analyzing data, and recommending courses of action
  • Work jointly to establish salary banding for organization
  • Lead assessment and decision of appropriate benefits for organization across multiple US and Western Europe
  • Work collaboratively to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions on issues such as employee relations, morale, compensation questions, and development opportunities
  • Partner with finance to troubleshoot problems regarding payroll, benefits, and compensation
  • Provide guidance on HRIS systems to support growing business
  • Establish and share HR best practices
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned


Who You Are:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with progressive experience and ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision making
  • Strong innovation and creative
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, manage multiple deadlines, objectively evaluate information gathered and exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
