LEARNING SOLUTIONS MANAGER

1. POSITION OVERVIEW

At Trainocate, we don't just provide training courses; we provide human resource capability enhancement solutions.

We are looking for a Learning Solutions Manager—someone who possesses a deep understanding of the global technology landscape and the specific characteristics of key economic sectors in Vietnam (Banking, Finance, FDI, Manufacturing, etc.) to create the most valuable training programs for our clients.

This position plays a strategic role in collaborating with the Sales team to provide technical consultancy (Pre-sales) and develop professional solutions (Solutioning), ensuring that the technology and HR "pain points" of the enterprise are effectively addressed.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA.

A. Solution Consulting & Pre-sales (40%)

• Serve as the lead technical/solutions consultant for key training projects within the Corporate (B2B) segment.
• Analyze business needs and evaluate the current technological competency of clients (Competency Assessment).
• Coordinate with the Sales department to build proposals, present, and defend training solutions before the client's Board of Directors or IT departments.

B. Design & Program Architecture (40%)

• Develop Learning Paths and detailed program frameworks based on the client's digital transformation goals and the latest technology trends.
• Flexibly integrate various knowledge resources (Standard vendor programs, industry-specific intensive programs, practical skills, etc.) to create the most comprehensive and effective solution packages.
• Work directly with a network of domestic and international experts to develop professional content and teaching scripts tailored to each group of learners.

C. R&D & Product Capability Development (20%)

• Continuously update global technology trends (Cloud Computing, AI/ML, Big Data, Security, Blockchain, etc.) from major technology vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Google, IBM, Databricks, Palo Alto etc.).
• Research domestic market demands to propose new training topics/programs, ensuring Trainocate remains a pioneer in providing market solutions.

3. REQUIREMENTS

A. Knowledge & experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as BDM, Technical Pre-sales, IT Consultant, or training/technology management positions at large enterprises.
• Technical Proficiency: Broad knowledge of the IT ecosystem (Infrastructure, Cloud, DevSecOps, Data, etc.).
• Vendor Knowledge: Clear understanding of the strengths and certification systems of major global technology vendors.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HR needs and technological challenges of specific sectors (Banking, Finance, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, etc.) is a significant advantage.

B. Skills:

• Consultative Mindset: Ability to listen, analyze problems, and provide persuasive solutions rather than just introducing existing products.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent and professional skills, with the ability to work with high-level personnel (C-level/Directors).
• English: Proficient (Preferred)
