Founding Full-Stack Engineer
On-site in Central New York City
$200,000 + equity
We’re searching for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to help build a new platform solving real problems around how modern businesses run and scale.
This is a true early-stage role. You’ll be one of the first engineers, working closely with the founders to shape the product from the ground up.
The company already has early customers, real usage, and clear momentum. Now they need someone who can help move fast and take real ownership.
What you’ll be doing
- Building core product features end to end
- Working closely with founders on product decisions
- Turning real user feedback into shipped improvements
- Helping shape the technical direction from day one
Tech Stack / Background
- TypeScript / Next.js
- LLM tools
- Integration-heavy backend, working with ERPs, CRMs, and finance tools
- Native and third-party APIs
- full-stack experience and comfort shipping without hand-holding
- Experience in early-stage or fast-moving teams
