Motion Designer, Animator / Graphic Designer

Loved…Everywhere!” And as a well-loved brand, we’re looking for a designer who can help elevate our creative approach to reach more people and share the benefits of Quick Quack. We’re looking for a Motion Designer / Animator and Graphic Designer, to help create content for social, online and retail locations that will drive traffic and increase membership and will report to our Creative Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute designs and animation for projects that support marketing initiatives.
• Create animated collateral for multi-channel marketing including websites, emails, digital ads, banner ads, digital menus, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Ability to revise existing collateral as needed.
• Ability to illustrate original artwork in a vector style that is complimentary to the brand graphics system as well as manipulate stock art. The ability to draw in this role is paramount. Portfolios without strong illustration skills will not be considered.
• Receive, interpret and implement feedback/direction.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team in the creation of new materials.
• Has a deep understanding of design principles to grab consumer attention.
• Develops and maintains positive internal and external relationships.
• Manages timelines to deliver projects on time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years animation and motion graphics experience, or equivalent and design.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Acrobat and PowerPoint software.
• Demonstrate technical skills.
• Creative thinking and imagination.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MAC and CreativeSuite.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, with multi-tasking skills.
• Detailed oriented with excellent organizational/communication skills.
• Familiarity with preparing documents for print, digital and electronic output.
• Prolonged periods of being at a desk and working on a computer.
