🎯 Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.

Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and services.

Lead IT support operations and resolve complex technical issues.

Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and technology needs.

Manage vendors, software licenses, and IT budgets.

Monitor system performance, data security, and compliance requirements.

Support cloud services, backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.

✅ Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or IT management.

Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems, and cloud platforms.

Experience with IT security, access control, and data protection best practices.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead technical initiatives.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.

Fluent in English.
