We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with deep expertise in Windows operating systems and virtualization technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

📌 Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.
✅ Salary: RM 13,000 - RM 15,000
✅Joining date: 9th February, 2026.
✅Work hour: 9AM - 6PM ( Monday - Friday) (Japanese Market)
✅ Languag: Japanese + EnglishÂ

✅ Experience: Technical Lead experience plus 1+ years experience in Information Technology
 ✅Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage technical projects involving Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
* Provide expertise in one or more of the following areas:
* Windows OS, including Windows R&D, Windows Client and Server Products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD replication.
* Virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V and VMware.
* Storage administration with experience in EMC, IBM, HP SAN, SCSI, iSCSI, and NAS.
* Microsoft failover Clusters, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of File Server, SQL, and Exchange Clusters.
* Networking, including DNS/DHCP, Subnets, VPN, and TCP/IP.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
* Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
   ✅Qualifications:
* In-depth understanding of Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong team spirit.
* MCSE certification is a plus.
* Strong analytical logic and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Windows Kernel mode debugging and knowledge of Windows Kernel Mode Driver development is a strong plus.
* Working in an onsite setting
* 1+ years of experience in Information Technology
