Social Media Marketing Manager in UNITED STATES

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in client-facing roles related to creative strategy, content production, or social media agency work.
• Proven experience in organically expanding audiences on social video platforms.
• Ability to highlight your design-oriented creative projects and campaigns, especially those related to YouTube.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Art, Journalism, Marketing, or equivalent working experience.
• Competency with social media analytics tools for content optimization
• Proven experience in overseeing YouTube channels, including expertise in SEO, content scheduling, and engagement strategies
• Understanding of post-production and design, including video editing, sound design, and graphics in order to communicate with editors and designers.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with and negotiating alongside C-level executives.
• Familiarity with sports media, particularly women's sports.
• Demonstrated skills in communication and leadership

From ideation to publication, they will oversee content production, collaborating with team members and contributors. Creative ideation sessions with editors and producers fuel innovation. Data-driven insights guide content optimization, fostering continuous improvement. Managing an editorial calendar ensures a consistent content flow, crucial in the sports industry. As the primary client contact, they will lead weekly alignment meetings, nurture long-term relationships, and stay attuned to industry trends. Their impact extends beyond content--it will help shape client success. Compensation:

$30/hr to $33/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
