We already work with AI startups, product companies, and global engineering teams, and now we’re building our own AI-powered hiring platform from the ground up.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the look, feel, and usability of a product that users interact with daily.

🎨 UI/UX Designer (1.5+ Years Experience)

🧩 What You’ll Do

Design intuitive, clean, and scalable user experiences across web platforms

Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams

Design user journeys for complex workflows (hiring, matching, dashboards)

Create and maintain design systems and UI components

Iterate quickly based on user feedback and data

Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across the product

Support rapid weekly releases with design updates and improvements

✅ You’ll Be Great at This If You:

Have 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design

Are strong with Figma (or similar design tools)

Understand UX principles, user research, and interaction design

Can design end-to-end user flows, not just screens

Have a strong portfolio showing product thinking

Can work independently and take ownership of design decisions

Have a product-first mindset and care deeply about user experience

Have worked on B2B or SaaS products

Have experience designing dashboards or data-heavy interfaces

Understand developer or hiring workflows

Have basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/React awareness)
