Your role
As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will provide excellent support in leveraging system functions and piecing together applications. You will be part of a team that seeks to improve IT processes by maximizing data flows between platforms and minimizing human intervention. Additionally, you will provide support in improving existing applications we use, and optimizing its functions to provide users better tools. You will be a key driver in shaping our IT infrastructure, processes, and automation capabilities. You will provide advanced IT Systems support, lead project configurations, and play a pivotal role in optimizing IT operations.

Provide Level 2-3 of IT Systems support
Support on project configurations with our industry leading application stack
Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT Systems processes along with the development of the IT roadmap and long-term planning and prioritization discussions guiding the organization's IT strategy.
Support the team with planning and creating solutions to automate repetitive tasks across the organization.
Spearhead the development of scalable, enterprise-level automation solutions to streamline operations.
Use APIs, webhooks, and scripts to connect the dots between applications and maximize automation potential.
Take a proactive role in ensuring the integrity, security, and reliability of existing systems.
Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation standards and knowledge management practices for IT Systems processes and policies.
Support our local employees and ensure the reliable operation of our Istanbul office network infrastructure and IT equipment
What you bring
Experience using Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence, Jira Software)
Experience with cloud based applications such as G-Suite, Onelogin, BambooHR, Zoom, Slack
Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java and/or JavaScript
Experience with cloud providers such as GCP is a plus
Familiar with DevOps processes
Experience with or desire to learn industry best practices for secure development and information security
You are fluent in English (spoken and written)
