About The Job
As a crucial part of Solvimon's customer success team, the Sales Engineer is responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes managing onboarding processes, ensuring proper account setup, providing training on the system, and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our development, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Training: Assist new customers and ensuring the proper setup of their Solvimon account, native integrations, and system training.
Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and join sales calls with potential customers to help them understand our platform.
Integration Development: Setting up and maintaining our current end-to-end integration product stack. Setting up an integration with a new CRM or ERP system or extend existing workflows is part of your day to day job.
Issue Prioritization: Diagnose, prioritize and report issues and bugs that customers might experience.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical processes and new functionalities.
Gather Feedback: Help the Product team gather customer feedback regarding possible bugs, improvements, and new functionalities.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely together with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on onboarding customers.
About You
Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer success role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS and/or Fintech environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software applications and API's, and how data is shared between systems. You are not afraid of writing small pieces of code in Javascript to transform data if necessary.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multitask with clients and colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fast Learner & Team Player: Capable of keeping up with a fast-growing environment; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We Would Be Particularly Excited If You Have
An engineering background. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript or Python ) is a big plus!
Experience in the Fintech industry or with billing systems
