We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about understanding business needs, analyzing data, and helping teams make informed decisions.

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure requirements are clear and actionable.
• Support the creation of process flows, reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Participate in data analysis, market research, and business process improvement initiatives.
• Document and maintain requirements, workflows, and project notes.
• Contribute to project planning and reporting as needed.

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, or related internships/projects.
• Basic proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Fluent in English.
