Project Manager (IT)
- Type: Fulltime, remote in Vietnam
- Salary: Max 70M gross/month

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to bridge communication between our clients and our internal development teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as experience in Agile product development environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Translate client needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Own and maintain the product backlog
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives
- Provide regular product updates to stakeholders
- Foster a shared understanding of product goals among team members
Qualifications:
- Background in IT or prior experience as a developer (e.g., web, mobile, or related roles)
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – must be able to lead discussions with French clients
- Good command of English for internal communication
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech environment
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
